Justine Skye’s “YAP” Brings Euphoria to Dance Floors

Justine Skye has become a symbol of boldness and daring. You may know her name, but she stopped worrying about public opinion. Today, she radiates pure energy, embracing her power and inspiring others to celebrate the confidence that comes from truly knowing themselves.

Released under Warner Records, her new single and video, “YAP,” opens an exhilarating new chapter in her career. Blending euphoria, part dance, part pop, the track stands as an unapologetic statement of Justine’s full-force energy.

Produced by Channel Tres and Baby Tate, “YAP” bursts with vibrant synths and a driving beat. While the lyrics are striking, it’s Justine’s commanding delivery that truly stands out. Channeling the spirit of Donna Summer while infusing her own unmistakable flair, she offers a track destined to dominate dance floors and playlists alike.

Co-directed by Justine Skye herself and Ari Marina-Dannon (Lyrical Lemonade), the video was shot in a single continuous take. It follows Justine gliding through a Brooklyn bodega as if it were her personal runway. From the first frame, it’s impossible to look away.

Midway through, Justine reveals her dual talent as both singer and dancer, joined by male performers who move in sync with her rhythm. The video plays like a love letter to New York nightlife: vibrant, confident, and alive. Every frame mirrors the essence of the song.

“YAP” was made for repeat mode, and Justine Skye shows no signs of slowing down. More thrilling body-moving tracks are on the horizon as she prepares for her next major project.

Beyond her dynamic artistry, she recently appeared as a keynote speaker at the 2025 Active Minds Mental Health Conference in Washington, D.C. She continues to advocate for mental health awareness among young people aged 14 to 25, a cause deeply personal to her, having risen to global fame at just 17. “Speaking up about mental health isn’t a weakness; it’s a strength,” Justine emphasized. “By opening up, we not only heal ourselves but also inspire others to do the same.”
