Miami never really slows down, but the first weekend of August pushes into a different gear. In the thick of summer, the city becomes a magnet for experimentation, art spaces blur the line between gallery and block party, zines are distributed from vintage machines, and rooftops and back rooms host genre-defiant nights you’d never find on a flyer. There’s an electric, DIY spirit running through the city right now. From Little Haiti to Wynwood, this place continues to surprise you with what it dreams up and brings to life after sundown.
As always, if you’re planning something worth discovering, send it our way—this city moves fast, but its stories deserve to be told.
