With a nostalgia that transcends time, R&B trio Psiryn is shaking up digital platforms with their debut EP, In The Key of Us, a six-song journey packed with emotion, vocal prowess, and throwback vibes reminiscent of 90s and early 2000s icons like TLC, Xscape, and Destiny’s Child.
The opening track, Next, kicks things off with no hesitation. It’s a bold, no-holds-barred confrontation, carried by the powerhouse vocals of Anaya Chayenne, Jada Denise, and Victoria McQueen. Their voices glide between silky smooth and fiercely commanding, layering high notes and lush harmonies over a dynamic blend of R&B, pop, and soul. The result? The single made Psiryn the first female R&B group in over two decades to top Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart, solidifying their place as the rightful heirs to the genre’s great vocal trios.
