The weekend is here, and Miami is doing what it does best! Mixing strange, creative, and slightly chaotic vibes. There’s Halloween energy in the air, but we’re keeping it real with punk shows, goth nights, experimental beats, and quirky art spaces showing off something different. From this weekend through the last week of December, we’ll be sharing events all week long so you never miss the hidden corners of the city.

FRI, OCT 31

Vampiros en La Habana Halloween Party 2025 at Shá Wynwood with music by IVAN DUCONGE and KIKI NEXXUS.
HalloWynwood Extravaganza at Roberto Clemente Park. Guests enjoy free food, lively music, interactive games, bounce houses, and face painting, all surrounded by a cheerful community vibe. Costumes of every kind light up the park, bringing together neighbors and visitors for an evening that mixes creativity, laughter, and plenty of sweet surprises under Miami’s fall sky.
The Annual Miami City Cemetery Walking Tour at Miami City Cemetery invites participants on a guided stroll through one of the city’s oldest cemeteries, where they listen to stories of early pioneers—such as civil‑rights leader Reverend Theodore Gibson, entrepreneur Julia Tuttle, and singer Bernard Mackey of the Ink Spots. Featuring insights from resident historian Dr. Paul S. George and an archaeologist from the Florida Public Archaeology Network, the tour delves into graveside mysteries (including one woman whose remains were encased in cement) and the work of preserving historic burial grounds. Guests are encouraged to dress freely (costumes welcome), wear comfortable shoes, bring water and a flashlight for the evening walk across grassy, uneven terrain, and check in at the designated entrance.
Helloween at Churchill’s presents a dark, immersive Halloween night blending vampiric fetish, goth, and industrial vibes. Live electro/industrial music comes from Cyanide Regime, while Sofia Luna delivers burlesque and fetish performances. DJs Wulfgar, Bat (with a VJ set), and Rat Bastard maintain a relentless dance-floor energy, complemented by live industrial/noise acts Cum Scum and Alien Waste Matter on the patio. Dress code: 80s vamp, latex, rubber, and all-black ensembles.
Halloween Night of Covers at Las Rosas with The Creature Cage as Black Sabbath, Deaf Dorothy as The Breeders/Pixies, Tyrants Circle as Celtic Frost, Gordo y Los Semilla as Buzzcocks, Moni Musique as Patti Smith, and ​Las Nubes as The Go-Go’s, plus DJ Rippin Kittin & DJ Dino.
Perreo Del Futuro Halloween at The Ground with DJs Toccororo, Quetamine, Suz, and Safety Trance. Dress code: metallics, latex, and digital prints.

Chug’s Monster Mash at the Courtyard. The afternoon kicks off with Halloween-inspired messy play for children, followed by a kids’ costume contest awarding prizes for creativity. Later, the “Howl-o-Ween” dog costume contest spotlights four-legged participants, while the evening features a high-energy DJ set, adult costume contest, and exclusive Halloween cocktails from Mano Mezcal and Drink Perla Coffee. Giveaways and prizes are distributed throughout the event, ensuring a dynamic mix of music, festive competition, and immersive Halloween experiences.

Death Holiday Vinyl Release Party featuring The Zappe Cats, QUEEFS, Mala Onda, Orange Blackheart, and Hijas de la Muerte at Churchill’s.
Fet Gede: Tafa Mi‑Soleil + Jean Caze at Miami Beach Bandshell honors Haiti’s ancestral festival of Fèt Gédé with a rich blend of cultural expression, live music, and ritual. The lineup features rising Haitian star Tafa Mi‑Soleil (2023 Haitian Music Awards “Best Female Artist”) alongside Haitian‑American trumpeter Jean Caze and his Kreyol jazz septet. Supporting performances include Afro‑electronica pioneer Val Jeanty, youth rara band Rara Nou, and dance collective ASAHO Dance and Arts Company, plus the engaging host Natidredayiti. Guests savor Haitian food and drink specials, while the open‑air venue brings music, storytelling, and local culture together in a singular immersive experience.
Opening Celebration of “Yakne Seminoli” at HistoryMiami Museum brings to life a vibrant exploration of Seminole art, history, and culture, conceived in partnership with the Ah‑Tah‑Thi‑Ki Museum. Guests experience kid‑friendly craft activities, sample regional treats, and gain first access to the powerful works of Seminole artists that underscore themes of community, resilience, and creativity. The event underscores how Seminole heritage is integral to Florida’s story, and offers a free, family‑friendly invocation of art and heritage in dialogue with contemporary regional culture.

Noche De Los Muertos at The Yards Pickleball Club. parkbreezy and pheel. make their Miami debut, joined by Fowl Play, Osis, Nooko, MC Jumanji, Brightwing, Ambique, and LRW. Glowing altars, immersive décor, and an AC‑cooled dance floor set the stage for a bass‑driven night, while free parking, food vendors, and hydration stations keep the energy flowing. Guests are encouraged to wear costumes, and dedicated lounge and flow areas offer space to relax or get creative.

French Police w/ Social Order at Gramps.
Sol Ruiz: MB Arts in the Parks at Miami Beach Bandshell presents “Positive Vibration Nation,” a rock–guaguancó opera blending Caribbean‑inflected rhythms, live instrumentation, visual art, and costumed storytelling to explore Miami’s cultural identity through a time‑travel narrative from 3050 to the present. The outdoor performance is free with RSVP, rain or shine, and includes food and beverages for purchase.
Dia de los Muertos Celebration at Florida Keys Brewing Co, presented by Miami-based nonprofit Community Arts and Culture (CAC) in partnership with the Inheritants Project, offers a free, family-friendly experience featuring live music by Mariachi Veracruz Miami and a sugar skull-making workshop. Expect art galleries, pop-up shops, diverse food and beverages, and a rotating selection of local, seasonal, and barrel-aged beers on draft, while the mariachi performances bring traditional Mexican music to life with full dress and spirited energy.

The 2025 Torchbearer Prize winner at the Miami Jewish Film Festival offers an intimate portrait of Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel, tracing his journey from childhood in Sighet, Romania, through the Holocaust, to his global role as a moral and human rights leader. Featuring exclusive family archives and Wiesel’s own storytelling, the film explores his enduring teachings and commitment to remembrance. Presented as part of Holocaust Education Week at the historic Miami Beach Bandshell, the screening includes a discussion with director Oren Rudavsky, offering a reflective and inspiring experience for the community.

November Full Moon Celebration at Muse Studio Miami offers an evening of grounding, release, and renewal under the luminous November moon. The ticket includes a restorative yoga flow led by Jenice, a deeply calming sound bowl meditation and breathwork session with Crystal, and access to self-led Free Flow activations such as painting and planting succulents, crafting personalized essential oil rollers, contributing to a communal gratitude board, and releasing what no longer serves on dissolvable paper. Additional vendor experiences—including tarot readings, aura photography, cosmic poetry, and flash tattoos—are available separately.
