The Best Things to Do in Miami This Weekend: Sep 12 - 14

Miami weekends are never still, and September feels especially electric. The city’s cultural mix stretches beyond glossy headliners into corners where punk, noise, post-punk, and experimental art thrive alongside food, galleries, and community gatherings. It’s a reminder of how eclectic Miami really is—galleries opening thought-provoking shows, bands ripping into distortion at intimate bars, and spaces where local collectives turn ideas into unforgettable nights. That blend of grit and imagination is what makes the city so culturally rich, and this weekend brings no shortage of reasons to dive in.

We’re giving away two tickets to see Los Amigos Invisibles at the Bandshell on September 26, with winners announced tomorrow, Friday, September 12, in the late afternoon.

As always, if you’re planning something worth discovering, send it our way—this city moves fast, but its stories deserve to be told. Submit your event details here to be considered for our upcoming guide, and follow us on Instagram for the latest on Miami’s best-kept secrets and underground happenings.
